Case Study: "Lazy Customer" Post Card
Many restaurants face the loss of regular customers to compition, re-location, and other factors. This post card was designed to both encourage existing customers that have not ordered for 30 days or longer to pick up the phone and order again or to advertise to a new tennant at the address.
The incentive offer includes two free products that deliver high-perceived value to the customer, with a low cost of goods to the restaurant.
A better than 15% return rate was received within the first week of mailings. Additional sales were achieved over the extended campaign.
